Food Security & Community Delivery Programs
Leading initiatives that combine Amazon's logistics capabilities with community partnerships to address food insecurity. Programs deliver 60M+ meals annually through Community Delivery, including home delivery to food-insecure families, bulk delivery to food banks, and international expansion.

Bringing expertise and objectivity to new-hire interview loops at Amazon to help ensure every new hire "raises the bar" of Amazon employees. Conducting hundreds of interviews, leading debriefs, and educating and mentoring others about Amazon's interviewing and hiring practices.
